Implementing Insanity in my P90X workout?
Debating on it. Someone in the Beach Body workout group suggested the idea to me; because I really want to try out Insanity.
For those who don’t know what Insanity is, it’s another at home workout under the Beach Body brand. It’s an intense cardio based workout, that will push you to your limits to burn fat, and lose weight in 60 days.
