Zig Zag Calorie Intake Calculations
Calculated with my weight (111 lbs.), height (5’0”), and workout regimen of P90X (Intense. An intense workout regimen is defined if it’s 5-6 days out of 7, and has a duration of an hour or longer.)
So, keep in mind that my calculations will differ from yours due to your height, weight, and your workout regimen.
P90X already implements the method of ‘Muscle Confusion’, the variety of different workouts, to prevent the body from plateauing. Zig Zagging is essentially the same concept with confusing your metabolism by shifting your daily calorie intake.
Calculations are not concrete, but it’s nice to have a guideline to refer to.
Monday: 1109 -1478
Tuesday: 887 - 1182
Wednesday: 1330 - 1773
Thursday: 1109 -1478
Friday: 998 - 1330
Saturday: 1219 - 1626
Sunday: 1109 - 1478
